My art making process is largely about intention and meaning making. When I'm making art I attempt to be in a meditative state to try and ask the universe questions. I believe She answers my questions in the visuals I eventually make.

For a while now, I've been pondering upon the state of the Anthropocene, the ways in which we have come to destroy most things we cherish. Our inability to be introspective, to coexist, to find balance. I also found myself fascinated with how intuitively natural systems lean towards seeking balance. The contrast paired with my fascination with time lead me to wanting to tangible untangle the strangeness of being human.

What started out as a doodle on the back of a business card ended up becoming a two year long consistent conversation with the universe regarding the pathway to balance and understanding.
